Not enough fitting rooms for the amount of crowd. Standing in the queue for half an hour just to try on something on a Saturday. But at least they are finally open on Sundays (less customer, more relaxed shopping experience)

Unprofessional and extremely slow service in the cashiers. Not enough educated people (they ask all the time each other) - and there is no one on the first floor.

Enseñad un poco mejor a vuestros trabajadores a no tener la desfachatez de mirar arriba y abajo a un cliente y decirle: Pero sólo tenemos hasta la talla XL. Primero que llevaba puesta una prenda de vuestra tienda de la talla XL, que es la que gasto. Y segundo, que si no fuera así y me apetece ir como una morcilla, es problema mío. Yo iría dando alguna clase de servicio al cliente porque la gordofobia en una persona que atiende cara al público, en los tiempos que corren, muy normal no es. Lunes, 2 de Mayo, turno de la mañana, chico joven con el pelo largo.

Definitely not my favourite H&M store. Staff here always seem to too busy with their own problems and they don’t care about customers too much. At least I saw it many times, unfortunately The store is big, they have regular stuff. Nothing extraordinary here. But the dressing rooms are very dirty here. Not only curtains are full of makeup and dirt from all the clients, but also the floor is covered with huge balls of dust and other dirt. So it’s pretty sad overall
