Simply OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I have always been a big fan of BMW cars including 3 series, X3 and Minis. I have had the chance to compare the buying experience at multiple BMW dealers as well a dealerships for Porsche, Mercedes, Ford and Nissan. This is the ONLY dealership where the experience is SUPERIOR to the quality of the cars themselves. The initial support to choose the right model and options was great, as well as the process to quickly agree on the price and delivery terms. In my last purchase of a Mini, they went way above expectations to be flexible around my vehicle trade-in, since I had an accident just after the handover. They also took care of extra paperwork to make sure I had everything I needed to meet the bureaucratic requirements for the subsidy through Plan Moves III.
